Tex-mex beef fajitas

When they talk to me about Mexican food or tex-mex food The image of a fajita with its meat, its vegetables and its spicy sauce always comes to mind.

The truth is that the fajitas give a lot of play because they can be filled with both chicken, beef and pork. The filling also usually has pepper, although in this version I have only used the green pepper elongated or Italian.

The sauce is made from homemade ketchup, Worcestershire sauce and Tabasco that adds the flavor hot spicy so characteristic of tex-mex food. Of course, if we like it stronger we can always add a chili cut into strips or dried cayenne but without the seeds.
