Today I present you the World's most delicious cheese flan, or at least, the one that I have never prepared. But we will continue testing different versions to find an even richer one ... yes, I already told you that it will be difficult to overcome this one, eh?

It is a flan that alternates cream cheese y condensed milk, so creaminess is more than guaranteed. In addition, it carries eggs, with which the flavor of the classic egg custard is also present. It is, truly, a real delight. And, the truth is that making flan in the Thermomix is ​​very simple because we only have to pour the ingredients into the glass and blend for 1 minute. That easy!

In this case, I wanted to make a very large flan, in a single flan. So since I couldn't fit in the varoma, I cooked it in the express pot in a double boiler for 15 minutes in power 1. But if you want, you can do it in a double boiler in the oven or in individual molds in your varoma.

Of course, remember that the flan must cool for a few hours before being able to unmold it and take it. So if, for example, you are going to want it for the dessert of your meal, I recommend that if you are going to make a large flan you prepare it the evening before. If they are individual puddings, you can prepare them early in the morning and put them in the fridge at least 3 hours before the meal. Although in this case, also prepare them the day before, it is super comfortable.

I have made the candy homemade, but you can use the one that they sell in a boat that is very comfortable too.
