It is, truly, a real delight. And, the truth is that making flan in the Thermomix is very simple because we only have to pour the ingredients into the glass and blend for 1 minute. That easy!
In this case, I wanted to make a very large flan, in a single flan. So since I couldn't fit in the varoma, I cooked it in the express pot in a double boiler for 15 minutes in power 1. But if you want, you can do it in a double boiler in the oven or in individual molds in your varoma.
Of course, remember that the flan must cool for a few hours before being able to unmold it and take it. So if, for example, you are going to want it for the dessert of your meal, I recommend that if you are going to make a large flan you prepare it the evening before. If they are individual puddings, you can prepare them early in the morning and put them in the fridge at least 3 hours before the meal. Although in this case, also prepare them the day before, it is super comfortable.
