Nuts sponge cake

Delicious and very juicy! So this cake made with very little flour. Eggs and crushed nuts are what give fluffiness and flavor.

The first time I did it, I gave it to Tere, a friend who had just become the mother of a beautiful child, Mario. Of course I couldn't resist and the piece you see in the photo I half ate with my husband to try it.

The next day I took it to work to give it to Tere when they left, but my colleagues also tried a piece. One of them, Tere's partner, is not very fond of nuts, still He tried it and said it was good.

Anyway, when it came to her there was already little more than half left, what a gift disaster!

The good thing is that we all liked it very much and we have already done it a few more times.

      Hi Lola, I think the trick is to get the point in the oven. Try putting the first 10 minutes with only heat on the bottom and the rest with heat on top and bottom. All the best.
