It has worked for me very easy to prepare, especially if we take into account that he had two jars of applesauce made the day before.
This compote is crushed and is very smooth and rich. The combination with the cream and the sponge cake it is exquisite both for dessert or as a snack.
I decorate it with icing sugar on top and with some strips of cinnamon. It also works well if you change the cinnamon for cocoa.
