Artichokes with ham

thermomix recipe artichokes with ham

This recipe for Artichokes with ham It's one of those that reminds me of my grandmother. Whenever she came to see us at home and saw that my mother had bought artichokes, she would take them to cook them and, the truth, we were eagerly waiting for her delicious artichokes.

Since we were little, my mother has taught us to eat everything type of vegetables and that's what I do now with my two critters. This dish was a bit difficult for them to accept but I started by giving them the artichoke heart with diced ham and some broth and now especially my oldest asks me to "suck the leaves" ... and although it is something that one should not do in public, it's nice to see them eat.

Artichokes are very good for him weight control because they help eliminate fluids and to lower cholesterol. So, they are great for me. At home, we usually consume them very often and in this way it is very easy to prepare them. In less than half an hour we have dinner ready.

Every day I like my Thermomix® for the help you give me, with the little time I have!

A doubt, the half lemon that is squeezed ??? or half a lemon cut with the peel and everything. Thanks.

PLEASE; Can you tell me if it is worth buying the pre-owned TM 21 model for € 400? Do you know if it has more or less the same features and spare parts? Can it be new from the year 2006? Thanks.

I think the recipe is very good and I want to make it, but I have a doubt the 200 g of water is incorporated clean with the juice of the other 1/2 lemon in the glass with all the ingredients so that the artichokes are cooked or they are only cooked with its juice and you mean to soak only the artichokes first, thank you very much and you are great.

How good!!! I love this recipe, it is also useful for the bikini operation ... Well my question is the following: can you use canned artichokes of the ones that come directly to eat? How much would it wear?
    Thank you very much

Carmen I have not tried with canned artichokes, but you can try with about 5 minutes less and see how they are.

    Hi girls!
After a long absence (I just had a baby!) I get back to the thermomix. I loved the artichoke recipe, but I have frozen artichokes, do you think the times will vary a lot? I like the new design of the web, congratulations!

Congratulations on your baby!! We are already one more in the family of thermorecetas Aina. I haven't tried frozen artichokes, but I would give them about 5 minutes less than natural ones and try them to see if they are good or need a few more minutes. If you dare to try, tell us how they turn out.

Well, I made them last night for dinner with canned artichokes. Instead of leaving them for 20 minutes, I left them for 15 minutes. I first sautéed an onion and a clove of garlic and added a glass of white wine to the cooking. They were delicious !!!
