The first thing I must confess is that this recipe My sister María showed it to me one Saturday when we all went to eat at our grandparents' house.

Between my mother and my sister they had prepared everything. My mother made a spectacular meat accompanied by a Apple puree delicious and among snacks that we had I loved these bacon and cheese muffins that were the work of my sister.

Normally, she is not the one who cooks, which is why she still lives with my parents and it is my mother who does these chores. But since he already has his own house, he is making dinners to invite friends and he thought it was an ideal occasion to prepare this recipe with us and for us to make "guinea pigs" ... and the truth is that we loved them !! they were warm freshly baked and we found them delightful. Of course, with everything they prepared, just trying a couple of them was enough for us.

They are ideal for occasions with enough dinersWell, many come out. I don't know exactly the number but at least thirty for sure. They are mini muffins and you don't have to make them too big as they are an aperitif. For this reason they are ideal to do at Christmas or birthday parties.

And for all of you, I will tell you that I have also made them with chorizo, with peña santa cheese (I am from Gijón-Asturias) and with anchovies and they each taste better. The steps are the same, substituting only the bacon for the chorizo ​​(1 chorizo) or for the cheese (a finite wedge) or for the broad ones (1 tin). I hope you try it and enjoy it.
