Chicken breast in sauce

thermomix recipe chicken breast in sauce

On these days of vacation, very early in the morning, I like to prepare food before going downstairs. to the beach with my princesses. In this case, we had some chicken breasts in the fridge and it occurred to me to prepare them with sauce so that they would be very juicy for the girls.

I looked for some vegetables to add and a sauce with fried tomato and beer. It was great and very tender for them. I made them with French fries and they licked their fingers.

It is a recipe that is can leave done and after heating a little, I even think the flavors settle and it's even better.

A recipe that lends itself to many variations, and if you put half a lemon when cooking, it is perfect.

    1.    Silvia said

Pepa, I'll try the half lemon, thanks for your suggestion.

I am an assiduous follower of yours, and every day I enter your blog to see what is new to eat.
I have already made many recipes, most of them with success, and I made these breasts yesterday in addition to the zebra sponge cake, which was spectacular, just like the breasts.
I am delighted with my thermomix and you are undoubtedly contributing your great ideas to this, never leave us. Thanks, as always.

Only 8 min. and then 3 min. for 1 kg. of breast? Today I made it and I had to put it in more time because the meat was raw and when I put in more time I had almost no sauce. Could there have been an error in time? Although we did not like this recipe, I have tried others that are delicious, so I imagine that the problem with this one has been time.

    1.    Silvia said

Elisa, with more time for the breasts cut into pieces, they would dry out a lot for my taste, because the thermomix is already hot from the sauce and it immediately takes up temperature and is done. At home it is perfect. Did you have the goblet on all the time? Let's see if you took it off and that's why the sauce was consumed because I'm left with enough.

I HAVE FOLLOWED YOUR RECIPE STEP BY STEP BUT THE CHICKEN WAS ROTTED A LOT.

WHAT DOES A LEFT TURN MEAN?

    THANKS IN ADVANCE.

    1.    Silvia said

Jordi, putting the butterfly, you can't undo the chicken. Unless your butterfly has disengaged from the blades. The left turn is an option that the TM-31 model has, with which the blades rotate backwards and do not cut the food to help not to undo the ingredients.

Hello, thanks for this recipe, I have made it this week with chopped chicken drumsticks and I recommend it, it is easy, easy and delicious, delicious !!! Regards.

AS I DON'T HAVE THE TURN TO THE LEFT WITH PUTTING IT ON SPEED 1 IT WILL BE THE SAME NO

    1.    Silvia said

But always putting the butterfly !!

  11.   Monica said

Hello ! This recipe caught my attention, because it looks very good like all the others, I got down to work, and when I open the lid all the chicken was crumbled, it has happened to me other times when I make recipes that contain chicken Can someone tell me why this happens? Thank you

    1.    Silvia said

Monica, I suppose of course you put the butterfly, but what happens is that it comes off the blades. You must take into account if when you put the butterfly then you are going to turn to the left, because in that case you have to hook the butterfly well to the left and if it is speed 1, you hook it to the right.

I really like your blog that I just discovered. I'm not a good cook and I always have problems with the typical question, what do we eat today ??? '
Thank you very much for bothering to publish your recipes.

I'm glad you like our blog and this recipe came out delicious, but although I'm a bit of a cook, I'll confess that sometimes the typical question of what do we eat today overwhelms me? ... I understand you perfectly.
      All the best

I'm going to prepare this recipe for dinner right now, I've taken some breasts out of the freezer and I was thinking of grilling them but I think they'll be tastier that way, I'll tell you how they turned out. It costs less to get into the kitchen, and let me say that! I didn't like anything at all.

  17.   marten said

I just made them and they are super rich !! a tastier way to eat breasts without being battered or grilled. I'm getting started in the thermomix and I've had it for years !! (21 of course) and for the first time I do something, it has turned out great! thank you ||

  18.   Lourdes said

Very good girls !! I made this recipe last weekend and it came out luxurious, it is also super quick to make. And the good thing about it is that my husband liked it (it's just that it's a little "special" for food).

  19.   beatriz said

Hello in the thermomix 21 we also have it to do the same or is there to change something? ahh can you try it with lean ??

  20.   Susana said

How good it looks, I always stand on it and in the end I have never done it. I'm going to buy the breasts, how do you cut them? into Fillets and then I chop them or ask them to cut them for me?

    1.    Irene Thermorecetas said

Hello Susana, you can do it however you want, into fillets and then cut them up yourself, or have the whole breast cut into pieces.

  21.   BEATRIZ said

Hello, I have a problem and it is that I do not have the butterfly, I forgot to bring it. Will it work the same if I put the chicken in the basket so it doesn't fall apart?

    1.    Mayra Fernandez Joglar said

      Hello Beatriz:

What you propose is a good solution, although I would let it rest overnight all together so that the flavors come together and be richer.

      Regards!
