Thermomix Cream Muffins Recipe

My oldest daughter loves muffin, and it is a pleasure to see the face she makes when she leaves school and I tell her: "I have done something very rich for you." He always tells me: CUPCAKES ???

The truth is that whenever I do them it is thinking about them, because my little girl also signs up to try them now.

I made these from cream and they loved them. They were very rich and juicy, it is the breakfast and snack perfect for them especially if they are accompanied by their Homemade ColaCao.

a question, how much do you have to put the oven?

    1.    Silvia said

Barbara in the recipe commented that I put the oven at 210º, what I advise you is that you preheat it to that temperature with heat up and down, but when you put the muffins put only the heat from below and about 5 minutes before taking them out put the heat also above to brown.

I'm going to encourage myself to make these muffins ...

Although I have a doubt, you can use cream to cook with vegetable oils (16% fat) or it is more advisable to use the 35% cream bricks

    All the best

    1.    Silvia said

Sergio for desserts I always use whipping cream because it adds a little more fat and looks better, but if you need to use vegetable, try to see what it is and tell us.

In which molds do you put them in the paper ones, they don't fit me very well

    1.    Silvia said

Marisol, those molds are made of silicone, when I put them in the paper ones, I also put them inside these so that they don't spread and rise higher.

They have come out very good in flavor, but I think that the oven temperature did not understand the instructions well because they have burned from the bottom and we have had to remove the burned part ... at what temperature have you set it?

  15.   Jessie said

Very tasty, but they have burned a little below me ... and that I have left them less time! Each oven is a world!

  16.   beatriz said

I've already done them but they come out a bit hard because it must be maybe that I have to add a little less flour, I ask, tell me why do they come out a bit hard even though they come out delicious in flavor?

    1.    Silvia said

Beatriz, with that amount of flour, they come out fluffy for me. I do not know very well what it is. Maybe it's the oven, you have to have the oven well preheated and not spend too much time in the oven so that they do not dry out.

  17.   CARMEN said

Hello Silvia, I have made them and they taste great, but they have come out dry I do not know if they are like that or I have not done something right, what do you think? Thank you

    1.    Silvia said

Carmen, as a tip, leave the dough in the fridge for half an hour before making them and maybe your oven needs less time or heat, that depends on each oven.

  18.   beatriz said

Silvia, is there any cookie and chocolate cake to make ??

  19.   monica said

Hello, I wanted to know if it is indifferent to use sunflower or olive oil ??? Thank you

    1.    Virtues said

olive oil gives a more intense or strong flavor, so it's a matter of taste.

Today I have made these muffins and they have been a success. They have turned out very good… .. I put some chocolate chips and they all liked them a lot. Thanks for sharing the recipe.
I wanted to ask you if you know something about changing the flour ,,, to rice or corn ... I have a 4-year-old girl with celiac disease and I don't know if the recipe would change a lot if I change the flour…. Maybe someone has already tried it before and can guide me if in addition to the type of flour, you have to change the amount in other ingredients or in that same ... THANK YOU again.
    Tere

    1.    Virtues said

Hello TEre, the truth is that I could not tell you, but it would be a matter of testing. When you do it, tell us how you help other people, thank you.

You can throw away the whole bottle of 200mg cream. for this amount or do I have to modify the amounts of the ingredients.

Hello!. I really want to make cupcakes. Lately, I specialized in cakes, hahaha… .. in the last few months I have made many and all different ones to try. Regarding the muffins, a question regarding the oven …… .my oven has a fan and does not have the option to put only heat on the bottom !!! …… .will this be a handicap so that they come out well?… ..I always, for the cupcakes, I put heat up and down with the fan to disperse the heat… ..but only downstairs, I can't. Greetings.

Hello, this is the first time I have made a comment. I think the page is very good, everything I have done has turned out well. It is very well explained.
In my house there has always been a thermomix, my mother has the oldest one and it still works for her. I think it's a great machine that helps us a lot.
As for the recipe for cream muffins, I would like to know if the whipping cream must be whipped before pouring it into the glass or is it liquid. It is not clear to me in the explanation.
Greetings and thank you very much

    1.    Ascend said

      Hi carmen,
Thanks for following us! I agree with you in what you say about Thermomix. The truth is that it is a machine for life that gives a lot of play in the kitchen. By the way, we love that you tell us things
On the muffins, you have to pour the cream liquid, without mounting.
      I hope they are delicious!

      1.    carmen said

Thank you very much, I'll tell you how they have been
        greetings Carmen

Hello Blanca, no problem. You could also substitute it for plain yogurt. Baking keep it the same 🙂 Thanks for writing !!
