Thermomix recipe Cream of mushrooms

I tried this cream with a tray of mushrooms that I had at home and I really liked it. I gave the recipe a more personal touch by adding the light cream cream and it has become a regular dish of our dinners. It is an ideal "light" recipe for a diet.

This recipe can be made equally with mushrooms. The flavor varies a bit but in any case it is very tasty and my daughters eat both of them delighted. It is simple to prepare and is another way to eat vegetables.

This cream is a recipe that happened to me my friend Eva. We have been friends since our girls joined us when we were barely a month old, in their infant massage course and coincidences of life, we had the second girl more or less at the same time and if it was not enough, our daughters have the same names !!

So today I want dedicate this recipe to him, for all the times he lends me a hand in this stressful life that I lead. Thank you beautiful!

      I have not tried burning mushrooms, but it is very good, so that it is a little lighter, I put half the milk and half the cream.

    Delicious for sure !!
    But without the cream, will it be the same?

    How rich !!! Can you change the cream for something more light like cheeses ??? I use them in other creams so maybe in this one instead of the cream ...

    This summer we bought the TM-31, we took it on vacation and we had a great time making recipes, apart from eating well.

    To begin, I have to ask you a question. In some recipes, meat, fish, vegetable broth tablets are added ... I usually use liquid broth (one of those bricks that they sell prepared), to what amount of broth can a tablet equal?

      Carmen, I don't know exactly how much broth a pill equals. The tablets are added instead of salt to enrich our meals.

    Simply delicious !!!!! I swapped the mushrooms for fresh mushrooms and the rest of the recipe was the same. I had people to eat at home who are not very creamy and they left the dishes so clean that they hardly had to be washed! I'm going to make this recipe a lot !!!!

    Hi, I'm making the recipe now and I think I copied this recipe a long time ago and the ingredients were the leek, but while I was reading the recipe I didn't say when to add the leek, I haven't put it and I don't know how it will turn out ... Once, is it convenient to reduce the flavor of the mushrooms after adding the cream with a little milk? We'll see how it tastes: -)

      Pilar, the leeks are added in the first step, along with the onion, garlic and mushrooms.

    Delicious! I also reserved about 4 or 5 mushrooms, cut them into small pieces, sautéed them in the pan until they were toasted and added a little cream of balsamic vinegar. At the end I added it to the cream… mmmmmm… incredible !!

    If it is made with frozen mushrooms, they release a lot of water and the onion and leeks are less fried. I think it is advisable to first sauté the onion and leeks for a few minutes and then add the mushrooms, drained and put it all back a few minutes before adding the water and continuing the whole process.
