Hake meatballs in white wine sauce

With this delicious hake meatballs in a white wine sauce I have found a different way for my daughters to eat fish. A delicious recipe that you can also make in advance.

The truth is with my daughters I have no problems because they like the fish. They also eat at school, so I only worry about making varied dinners. At the beginning he always made it the same, battered or fried. But with this recipe it can vary and thus I get more different dishes.

I can also do them in advance and leave them done one or two days before or on the weekend. If I make them on the weekend to eat, I accompany them with white rice and if they are for dine, of some chips or salad.
