Thermomix recipe Ham and cheese pudding

This ham and cheese pudding is a recipe made for us by my mother when we were girls and it has been a long time since I had tried it again. In fact, sometime I discussed it with my mother and between the two of us we were getting the recipe, which was already the poor thing in oblivion.

This pudding is very simple to make and can be made in advance. It looks like a mixed sandwich albeit a lot juicier and more nutritious. 

It is one of those recipes that children devour. Serve it with a vegetables cream, a juicy garnish or a raw vegetable salad to make a simple and balanced dinner.

I recommend it for birthday parties, because it spreads for many diners and that each portion can be cut in half again.

    Well, I already had dinner .. it was tasty but something was wrong I think .. I used a pudding mold, but it entered two slices per layer, I made only 3 layers because it was already coming out of the mold, so I left it like that. The oven turned it on up and down but when it had been 25 min, I saw that it was toasting and I changed it only below. When it had been 32 min I turned off the oven, I clicked it and I saw that it was ready ... I let it cool but when I unmold it the last layer (the caramel) It slipped and when I cut the portions, it fell apart, it felt too soft, the ham and the cheese were not compact, they "came off" ... I don't have much hand in the kitchen, or with the oven, but with a 4-year-old girl You have to surprise and so much heh heh, even so we ate them, and he liked it, what didn't I do right? Shall I use another mold next time? Shall I leave the 40 min only downstairs? Thank you!

      Silvia, maybe with another mold you will get some more layer. If you want to try doing it in the oven without the water bath, in the comments of this recipe some person says that they do it without the water bath and it does very well. Put it with the oven on on the bottom and when there are 10 minutes to go, put it on the top as well.
