Cod and prawn lasagna

What a delicious recipe !! Every week I say "we have to eat more fish", but then I find it difficult to find recipes that can carry in the tupperware that are fish.

On the other hand, I love making lasagna because it's very comfortable, it solves the food of several days and on top of it freezes phenomenal. So I thought fish lasagna !!

And I took advantage of the fact that I had some loins of cod in the freezer and what it is one of my favorite fish. And here I show you the spectacular result !!

It looks very good, I'm not very used to using cod, but I'm going to do it.

    1.    Irene said

Hello Begoña, the truth is that the cod is very hidden, but if you want you can change it for salmon or hake, if you like it more.

Hello, it looks great, I wanted to ask you what the boat is, where do you buy it, thanks

    1.    Irene said

Hello Cali, Hida is a brand that makes a very delicious homemade fried tomato. I buy it at Mercadona, but of course you can use any tomato sauce that you use. You will tell me!

Is the desalted cod crumbs bought like this frozen in Mercadona, for example, or do I have to buy the cod and desalt it myself?

I have never made any recipe with cod, but it looks like it ...

    1.    Irene said

Hello Sonia! In some supermarkets they already sell them fresh or frozen desalted (I know that Mercadona sell them already desalted), but if you can't find them, you can desalt them yourself (it would be about 6 hours to soak, in the fridge, changing the water 3 times). Anyway, when the tests are over 6 hours and you see if they need a little more time. Then you drain them well and that's it.

      Luck!!

Hello, the prawns you use are frozen right? Thank you

    1.    Irene said

Hi Elena, yes I used frozen, but of course you can substitute fresh prawns or prawns. How you like it more!

  9.   CLARA said

HELLO THIS RECIPE HAS A GOOD PAINT AND I WANT TO DARE TO DO IT BUT SEVERAL QUESTIONS HAVE ARISED. IF THE PRAWNS ARE FROZEN, DO YOU HAVE TO DEFROST THEM BEFORE? AND THE 2ND AND MOST IMPORTANT QUESTION: I BUY THE COD IN ITS POINT OF SALT IN MERCADONA (THE ONE THAT COMES PACKAGED) BUT THEY ARE PIECES. HOW DO I DO THAT WITH THE CRUMBS? I DO NOT UNDERSTAND VERY WELL. THANK YOU SO MUCH

    1.    Irene Thermorecetas said

Hello Clara, indeed you have to defrost the prawns first. As for the cod, I assume you mean the cod loins. Do not worry, all you have to do is crumble it with your hands, it is as if you were making small strips, being careful to discard all the thorns that you can find. I hope I have explained myself (it is a bit complicated writing it), if not, please write me again. Thanks for following us!

WHAT A SUCCESS, IRENE! THANK YOU VERY MUCH FOR YOUR INDICATIONS. THE TRUTH IS THAT IT WAS VERY EASY TO DEMIGATE THE COD. EVEN MY 3 YEAR OLD SON WHO, WHEN HE SAW ME ARRIVING WITH HIS PLATE, SAID "I DON'T LIKE THAT" WHEN I TRY IT, HE WOULD NOT STOP SAYING MORE MORE MORE.

But what joy Sergiomjerez gives me !! How right they are to crumble the loins, it is much juicier. Thank you very much for making our recipes and for writing to tell us! A kiss.
