You already know that at home we love creams, stews and soups. This time I had a peppers They were starting to go bad and I remembered a recipe I read in a soups advertising brochure and was encouraged.

I have adapted it to be able to make it in Thermomix® and the result has been great because, in addition to being rich, it is very simple to make.

My husband commented when trying it: “These are the kind of recipes that we should have for dinner almost every night. Something light, soft and delicious… ”. Also the girls loved it.

So it has become another of the typical recipes of our nights, full of color and flavor.

In addition, it is a good recipe for large families since it spreads a lot and leaves a quantity for 6 or 8 servings.

      Of course, Joaquin, each recipe can be adapted to the taste of each family, if there is an ingredient that we do not have or it does not suit us, it is best to delete it and try it. I have also made it without beans and it is very good with more pepper flavor but I love it.

    I have the thermomix from September 9 of this year that is 1 month and 14 days. I am delighted with her, yesterday I made quince paste again and then I began to prepare the ingredients to make "nocilla" or "nutela" and ... .. the scale did not work !!!!!! He weighed whatever he wanted. I plugged it into another socket, then E-55 or something like that started to blink, I measured the ingredients apart and made the nocilla, as always, spectacular.
