Special stuffed aubergines

When my friend brought this plate to eat at work And I tried it, I knew I would do it right away And now, when he gave me the recipe and I saw how easy it was ... I got down to work.

I was used to eggplants stuffed with meat, but I had never tried them stuffed with other things.

So today I bring you some delicious aubergines stuffed with tuna, hard-boiled egg and cheese. Delicious and very healthy !!

      it is perfect to leave it done and warm it up at the end. I did it like this: you leave everything ready, with the grated cheese sprinkled on top. Then you just have to put it in the oven at 210º for about 10 minutes or until they are golden brown. Thank you!

So in your case for 8 people I would put 4 aubergines (I'm not sure they will fit in the varoma if they are very big). If they don't fit you can roast them in the oven or microwave, ok?
