It comes out great, tender, rich and with its delicious sauce. It reminds me a bit of the recipe for squids with onions although this is accompanied by stewed potatoes.
My family have loved it. I have split squid for my daughters very small pieces and they've had a great time, even dipping a little bread in their sauce.

Well, I don't know what happened to me because I had super fluids. I have done it with poplars instead of squid and they were tender, just like the potatoes, which have not undone anything. Sometimes the trick is to try another type of potato. You already know that not all of them are the same and they do not all serve the same purpose.
It also depends a bit on how you cut the potatoes. The bigger they take the longer to get done.
