Swordfish stew with potatoes

Stews are an essential dish in our home menu. We love them and girls tend to eat it very well. In this case it was the turn of the swordfish. I have to confess that it is not a fish of my devotion, but of my husband's and when I saw this recipe in Thermomix® magazine I thought you might like it.

This recipe reminds me a bit of the stew of squid with potatoes, or the marmitako which are also  very simple dishes Although they have many ingredients and that, in addition, they are easy for children to take.

It is a plate suitable for celiacs, for lactose intolerant And even if we needed it for those allergic to egg protein, we would only have to delete the hard-boiled egg from the recipe.

Ingredients

• 120 g onion
• 100 g of red pepper
• 1 Señora without seeds or peduncle
• 2 cloves of garlic
• 50 g olive oil
• 50 g of white wine
• 500 g of peeled and clicked potatoes
• 500 g of water
• 1 fish stock cube or 2 teaspoons of salt.
• 500 g of swordfish in pieces, seasoned with salt and pepper
• 2 hard-boiled eggs
• 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley

Preparation

1. We put the onion, the pepper, the Señora and the garlic in the glass. We chop 3 seconds, speed 5. With the spatula we lower the vegetable remains towards the blades.

2. We add the oil and program 7 minutes, varoma temperature, speed 1.

3. We incorporate the wine and program 3 minutes, varoma temperature, speed 1.

4. We add the potatoes and program 2 minutes, varoma temperature, speed 1.

5. We pour the water into the glass along with the bouillon cube and program 20 minutes, 100º, left turn, spoon speed.

6. In the last 3 minutes we add the fish through the mouth.

7. At the end, we transfer the stew to a wave dish, distribute the hard-boiled eggs into pieces, sprinkle the chopped parsley and serve immediately.
