marmitako

Thermomix Marmitako Recipe

El nice It is a fish that I was used to eating with tomato and, as I quite like it, I decided to prepare this recipe and see how it turned out.

I love how the stews with fish in the Thermomix® but I think that precisely in this recipe something failed me. Well, it came out very rich but for my taste it lacked broth, which I later added. I think it was due to type of potatoes They were somewhat earthy and soaked up the broth.

Even so, it is a very good recipe for the whole family, since the children with the potato and the broth they eat it phenomenal.

I love the Marmitako. The one that my mother does is scary but I do it often in Thermomix and we all like it, the little ones eat it great. I almost always do it with tuna, but I have used other fish, and it is also delicious.
    A kiss.

Ana, the truth is that I almost always made the bonito with tomato, but that's also great. I will try other fish as you tell me. Thank you and a beautiful kiss.
      I love your blog!!!

Hi! Good morning! As I write on your blog, I have my kettle making in my thermo, I don't know how it will look, but I have some smells in the house. I am lucky that my 7-year-old daughter loves fish and tuna. It is the first time I do it, I hope it looks good. Thank you very much for all these fantastic recipes that you offer us. Greetings to both of you.

I also love Marmitako, in fact it was one of the first recipes I made when I bought the thermomix. The problem is that I have done it 2 times and it has always been for my taste with little broth and dry, I do not know what kind of potatoes I used, I am going to try again to see how it works by adding a little more water. By the way, what a good idea to add stock instead of water! I do not know how I have not fallen before .. tomorrow I will do it and I will tell you. Thank you very much for your ideas and comments that especially help us newbies.

Hello Marta, of course, add a little more water and a pinch more salt (so that it does not remain bland) and fixed. Although we put some indications, sometimes it does not come out 100% the same because it depends on the ingredients, but hey, in your case it has an easy solution. You will tell us!
