Ingredients

• 5 chorizo ​​peppers
• 130 g of good quality water

Preparation

1. The first thing we will do is clean the outside of the chorizo ​​peppers, removing any possible remains of dust.

2. We remove the tail or peduncle and also the inner seeds.

3. We put the peppers in the glass and pulverize them during 1 minute, speed 10.

4. We add the water and program 5 minutes, 100º, speed 3. At the end of the time we check the texture of the pasta, if we see that it is very light we can continue cooking another 2 or 3 minutes, at the same temperature and speed.

5. We remove to a jar with hermetic closure or freeze following our trick.
