Today it's pasta. And the simple and tasty: three cheese pasta. In this case, the long pasta is served with a very easy salsa what you can do with the cheeses you have in the fridge.

It is therefore a harvest recipe because you don't have to do it with the varieties of cheese that I specify in the ingredients. They all serve.

Another very simple pasta recipe that also looks great is this one from cherry tomatoes, oil and garlic. It is worth remembering.

Ingredients

  • 300 g pasta
  • 50 g of Parmesan in pieces
  • 150 g of assorted cheeses in pieces (in this case 75 g of Asiago and 75 g of cured cheese)
  • 50g milk
  • 50 butter g

Preparation

  1. We put water to boil in a saucepan to cook the pasta. Once the water boils, add the pasta. While the pasta is cooking we will prepare the sauce (it will take about 8 minutes to make it)

  2. We put the Parmesan in the glass and grate it by programming 10 seconds, speed 8. We take out and reserve.

  3. We put the rest of the cheeses in the glass. We program 5 seconds, speed 6.

  4. We add the milk and butter. We melt the cheeses by programming 6 minutes, 80º, speed 2.

  5. Depending on the cheeses we use, it will be more or less liquid. If we want it to be thicker, we will have to program the cooking for 1 more minute. If we want it to be more liquid, we will add a little more milk.

  6. Once the pasta is cooked, we drain it (we can use the varoma container to drain it), and put it in a bowl to mix it with the sauce. We also add the Parmesan and mix.

  7. We serve immediately.

Notes

If we keep the sauce in the fridge it will thicken. We will have to heat it when we want to consume it, although it is best to take it fresh.
