Tiramisu to drink

Do you like tiramisu? Well let's prepare a drink that tastes like that dessert. It will take us a few minutes to prepare it and we will serve it with a scoop of chocolate ice cream and a sponge cake.

To prepare it you can use regular or decaffeinated coffee, with both it looks good. It has mascarpone, cream ice cream, sponge cakes… it can't be bad with those ingredients, right?

This smoothie tastes like tiramisu. An original dessert or snack that you will have ready in about 5 minutes.

Ingredients

For the drink:

• 2 sponge cakes
• 40 g of cold espresso coffee
• 50 g of mascarpone
• 100 g whole milk
• 120 g of cream ice cream

Plus:

• 4 scoops of chocolate ice cream
• 4 sponge cakes

Preparation

1. We put the two sponge cakes in the glass. We program Turbo speed, 0,5 seconds, 2 times.

2. We incorporate the coffee, the mascarpone, the cream and the ice cream. We program 1 minute, speed 8.

3. We prepare 4 small glasses. We put a scoop of chocolate ice cream in each glass. We cover the ice cream with the liquid tiramisu that we have just prepared. We serve by putting a soletilla sponge cake in each glass.
