Ingredients

  • 2 large tomatoes (garden type or large raff, if possible)
  • 30 g of basil leaves
  • 100 g of extra virgin olive oil
  • 4 well-drained mozzarella balls (burrata variety, if possible)

Preparation

  1. We drain the mozzarella very well.
