Tomato oil for pasta

We show you how easy it is to prepare in Thermomix a pasta oil. It has very few ingredients: olive oil, garlic, tomatoes and salt. It can be enriched with aromatic herbs, pepper or even chilli.

My advice is to cook the pasta in a casserole, with plenty of water. When there are about 8 minutes left for it to be ready, put the oil recipe in the glass.

The objective is that the pasta and the oil finish cooking at the same time. This way it will only be possible to integrate everything and serve immediately.

Ingredients

• 50 g of extra virgin olive oil
• 1 garlic clove
• 300 g cherry tomatoes
• 1 teaspoon of salt
• 320 g of pasta (spaghetti in this case)

Preparation

1. We put water to boil in a saucepan. When it is boiling, add the spaghetti and cook for the time indicated on the package. While they are cooking, we prepare our oil in the Thermomix.

2. We put the oil and garlic in the glass. We program 3 minutes, 120º, speed 1.

3. We take advantage of that time to cut the tomatoes into halves.

4. Add the tomatoes and salt. We program 3 minutes, 100º, left turn, speed 1.

5. Slightly drain the spaghetti and put them in a bowl or bowl. We pour our oil on them and we already have our pasta ready.
