Rice with natural tomato

This week I bring you a very simple and helped that. also is very good. It is one of my staples at home and I do it at least once a week. It gets very fast and it takes very few ingredients. Most are always at home. It's about a rice with natural tomato.

In this month of September we started many things. We go everywhere in a hurry and we need help so that meals are not an ordeal at the time of making them. Quick, easy and nutritious ideas are the best ones received by most. This rice cooks in a moment.

The amounts that I use in it are small since I usually cook for two people: For me and for me. Exactly! Gluttonous bachelor kitchen. You can always double and triple the ingredients without any problem. You will not have to change the programs in any case.

Rice with tomato. A quick and easy way to prepare a nutritious and complete dish in a matter of minutes.

Ingredients

• 100 g of rice
• 50 g onion or 1 shallot
• 1 ripe tomato
• 1 garlic clove
• 15 g olive oil
• 300 g of water
• Salt to taste

Preparation

1. We add the onion, the garlic clove, the tomato and the oil to the glass and we crush it by programming 5 seconds at speed 5.

2. We lower the remains of the walls with the spatula and fry programming 5 minutes, temperature 120º (varoma in TM31) and speed 1.

3. We pour the rice, water and salt and program 17 minutes, temperature 100º and spoon speed.

4. Serve immediately.
