Turkey fillets stuffed for Christmas

stuffed-turkey-fillets

I present you an exceptional dish for this Christmas that is prepared in less than half an hour and using only the Thermomix glass. To make these steaks of Turkey rellenos (or chicken, if you like it more) we won't even need the varoma container.

The filling is prepared in seconds. We'll roll the steaks in a moment and we will cook sauce and stuffed meat in the glass of our machine, using left turn and bucket speed. And do not be afraid because not one is broken.

If you want to do a test before the holiday do not hesitate. Although the result is a luxurious dish, all ingredients are cheap And it will take almost the same time to make this recipe as it does to prepare some simple breaded fillets.

And to accompany ... you can make some baked potatoes, or even the potatoes for garnish that you can have prepared in advance and then heat in the oven or microwave.

It seems to me a great and quite simple dish. If I want to do it for 14 people, how can I organize myself? I've thought about the filling first and then the sauce. But to cook the turkey, do I have the option of using the oven or the pan? What do you advise me?

      Hi Remei,
Yes, it is very simple. I would make the stuffing (double the amount or even a little more) in the Thermo and cook the fillets, once stuffed, in a cocotte or, if you don't have one, in a saucepan.
The sauce can be made in the cocotte itself so that it cooks together with the meat. You can chop the shallots in the sauce with the Thermomix.
I hope you and your guests like it 😉
      A hug!

That good looking! When you put the stuffed meat rolls in the glass, you put them in with a toothpick, right?
I'm going to try it for sure !! MMM!!!

      Hi Esther,
Yes, yes, with the toothpick. You can remove it at the end, at the time of serving.
      I hope you like it.
      Take care!

Thank you. I still don't know whether to do them all in the cocotte or to do 4 shifts of thermo. (I am a little denied in the kitchen and with the tmx I obey)
I will try to make some attempt before to see how it goes

Well, it can also be a good option. Make them in the Thermo, in several batches, but maybe the last step of the mustard can be done in the cocotte (last 2 minutes). As you take them out, you put them in the cocotte and, before serving, you heat them and cook that couple of minutes. And if you arrive at the table with the cocotte, you will look like a queen 😉
Great to do a test, so you will see that it does not break.
        A kiss!

Thanks! My husband is not a big fan of prunes, why could he substitute them?

          Hi Esther,
It can go well with dates or even raisins. I hope you like it 😉
          Happy Holidays!

    Hello Ascen,

The recipe looks great! I would very much like to do it but it is not clear to me how to put the 6-8 breasts in the Thermomix glass and without dismantling them. Do the blades touch?

Could it be done with the basket or the Varoma to make more quantity?

    Thank you very much!

      Hello rosa,
Yes, you put all the fillets directly into the glass, in contact with the blades. With left turn and spoon speed they do not fall apart. Remember to use the toothpick to close the rolls well.
To make more quantity, I would make the second part of the recipe in a cocotte. This is how you cook the meat and the sauce at the same time.
      I hope you like it.
      A hug!

What a pint it has! I will do it without hesitation !!
Of course, I have ever made chicken with the left turn and it has been completely destroyed. Here the toothpick does not go or the roll is disarmed?
    Thank you!!!

    1.    Ascen Jimenez said

      Hello Almu,
It did not fall apart for me. And I have to say it was a surprise because, like you, I thought the roll would come apart.
      I hope you like it.
      A hug!

Hi, thanks for your recipe, how good it looks. My chicken is usually unmade in these recipes and I don't really dare! putting the butterfly, it protects a little more? Have you made them vertical or horizontal? I eat Remei 🙂

    1.    Ascen Jimenez said

      Hello Belen,
Give it a try because it won't break. I did it without a butterfly and it came out great. I can't tell you if they are horizontal or vertical, I didn't pay special attention to it.
Dare as it is written in the recipe, which comes out 😉
      A kiss!

Hi Ascen, I love the recipe. Now, I would like to know if you put the chopsticks through the rolls crosswise or along the rolled fillet joining the last two layers. Greetings and thanks in advance

    1.    Ascen Jimenez said

      Hi Ana,
I put them along the rolled steak, joining the last two layers. You will tell me how they look on you 😉
      A kiss!

    Can it be frozen?

    1.    Ascen Jimenez said

      Hello Maribel,
I think so. Take it out in advance to thaw in the fridge, without rushing.
      A hug!
