Stewed turkey with almond sauce

Stewed turkey with almond sauce

Today I bring a recipe that we like a lot at home: turkey with almond sauce. I don't know if it will be because of the Turkey meat which is soft or by the crush of almonds and fried garlic that gives it a delicious flavor.

La salsa It is yummy so I advise you to take it with some good bread but without going overboard, as summer is just around the corner.

Like any stew we can prepare it the day before. It is also a good recipe if we eat out because it can be transported in a closed container and is easily heated in a microwave.

By the way, we already have 1000 published recipes!!

You are going to allow me to congratulate the whole team, the one who looks like and the one who works in the shadows. And also to those who undertook this fabulous project. But above all I want to give you the thank you for being at the forefront every day, making and sharing our recipes. Thanks for making  Thermorecetas.com be a reference on the Internet.

And now ... let's get down to business! Below you have the recipe for turkey with almond sauce.

Hi! I don't know what happened but the turkey has been pureed. I put speed to it and it gives me that the ideal was spoon speed to keep it whole. Well the next best for sure. All the best

      Hi Soraya:

perhaps the pieces were too small and when overcooked they fell apart. Next time if you have doubts put the butterfly, you'll see how it turns out well.

      Regards!

So that the meat does not fall apart, a left turn must be programmed so that the blades do not make their own.

I use the butterfly if they are very small pieces because they are made faster and may fall apart but with medium pieces it is not necessary. Although the left turn is also well thought out.

      Thank you!!

Good Morning. I would like to make this recipe but I get point 5 empty. Is a step missing or is it an error? Thanks.

      Hello Victoria:

It is fixed. There was no missing step but we had put an empty line and the template considered it as a step.

Hope you like the recipe !!
