My friends from Terra i Xufa gave me this recipe, which I have adapted to a thermomix with very good results. They're like veggie burgers, but made in the oven, which are healthier. They carry chard (you can substitute them for spinach), potatoes, cheese and raisins. As always I am looking for formulas so that children coman vegetables, this recipe from vegetable pancakes I found it interesting. They loved it, and so did we. It is also low in calories.

I accompanied her from fried tomato, that you can do it too homemade with thermomix and I have put Parmesan cheese on it, but you can substitute it for emmental, for a grated cheese or for the one you like the most at home.

    How good this recipe looks! IF it is made with frozen spinach chard, should they be defrosted and cooked or simply defrosted and they are already made in the oven? Thank you very much in advance, I am very interested because I think my girl may like it, she is a very bad eater !!

      Hello Natalia. The spinach is cooked and drained. I am afraid that you will defrost them directly in case they leak water when cooking and then the whole pancake gets wet. You can try it with one, just in case. A hug!
