My friends from Terra i Xufa gave me this recipe, which I have adapted to a thermomix with very good results. They're like veggie burgers, but made in the oven, which are healthier. They carry chard (you can substitute them for spinach), potatoes, cheese and raisins. As always I am looking for formulas so that children coman vegetables, this recipe from vegetable pancakes I found it interesting. They loved it, and so did we. It is also low in calories.
I accompanied her from fried tomato, that you can do it too homemade with thermomix and I have put Parmesan cheese on it, but you can substitute it for emmental, for a grated cheese or for the one you like the most at home.
