To prepare today's recipe we are going to fill with vegetables both the varoma container and the tray. We will cut them into strips, so that they are as seen in the video, and we will cook them steamed.
We will use part of the liquid from that cooking to hydrate some couscous that before we will have impregnated with a sauce of onion.
It is a good way to introduce vegetables to children. They are soft and provide a lovely colorful to the plate that we will bring to the table.
