El easy starter par excellence ... that we have surprise guests this afternoon? Nothing happens, here we have a very fast and very healthy starter, which we will prepare with very little effort. It is a fast egg pate hard ready to spread on toast or fresh bread of the day.

I am very fond of this recipe because my mother has prepared it at home when we had visitors since we were little. And the best thing was that what was left over, we could take it the next day ... what memories!

In addition, the ingredients for sure that you already have them at home, they cannot be more basic. Therefore, it is important that they are of good quality. I recommend using free-range eggs and a good extra virgin olive oil.
