With this warm chicken, apple and spinach salad there are no more excuses for not eating well. It is an easy recipe that you will have ready in less than 15 minutes.

Besides its ingredients they couldn't be simpler; chicken, spinach sprouts, apple and a handful of cashews for a crunchy touch.

We have also used sugar-free liquid caramel to give color and flavor to the chicken. This way you will get your salad is attractive as well as tasty.

Ingredients

  • 1 garlic clove
  • 20 g olive oil
  • 300 g chicken in strips
  • 35 g of sugar-free liquid caramel
  • 15 g apple cider vinegar
  • 25 g cashew nuts
  • 125 g of spinach sprouts
  • 1 crisp apple
  • Sesame seeds
  • Sal Island
  • Pepper

Preparation

  1. Chop the peeled garlic for 3 seconds, speed 6. We lower the pieces towards the blades.

  2. We pour the oil and brown it during 3 minutes, 120º, speed 1.

  3. We add the chicken, the liquid caramel and the apple cider vinegar. We season and we program 7 minutes, 120º, speed 1, left turn without cup.

  4. While we put the spinach sprouts in a bowl.

  5. We also take the opportunity to wash and peel the apple. We cut it into approximately 1 centimeter cubes and place them on top of the sprouts.

  6. After time, we put the chicken on top of the apple pieces and season with the juice of the recipe itself.

  7. We finish by distributing the cashews and sprinkling the sesame seeds.

  8. We serve right away.
