We start by preparing the pesto. Put the basil leaves (clean and dry), the almonds, the lemon juice, the oil and the salt in the glass. We program 20 seconds, speed 7.
We put our pesto in a bowl and reserve it.
Without having to wash the glass we put the water in it. We place the basket in its position and inside it the potatoes in pieces. We put the lid (without the beaker).
In the varoma container we put the hake cubes and in the varoma tray the broccoli florets cut into sheets.
We put the varoma container in its position and also the tray. We put the cover on. We program 25 minutes, varoma temperature, speed 2.
We carefully remove the varoma from its position. We put the potatoes in a large bowl. Also broccoli and hake. Let it warm for a few minutes.
We add the mackerel and, finally, the pesto that we have prepared in the first step. We mix delicately and serve our salad.
