Warm Cauliflower Salad

With the arrival of spring and the good weather, the salads and light dishes.

Today's proposal is a combination of cauliflower, potato, black olive and a mayonnaise-based sauce. Obviously mayonnaise can be bought, although it is better if it is made at home. It also serves to be lactonese.

If you have enough salsa do not throw it away ... there are no times to waste. It can be stored in a closed jar in the fridge and will last a couple of days. You can use it with grilled meats or vegetables.

Those people who are taking care of their line will have to reduce their consumption since, being made with oil and olives, it has quite a few calories.

      Hello Elena,

the recipe is made with frozen cauliflower. You don't need to thaw them or anything. You just have to put it in the Varoma and that's it!

      Kisses!

It is the first time that I enter this page, it is very good, I really like your recipes, at home we like broccoli better than cauliflower, can I do it the same?

      Hi Marga,

Of course you can substitute it! Leave the rest of the ingredients as they are and you'll see what a good combination!

Thank so much for this recipe!! I really like cauliflower and thanks to you I am learning to make it in more ways. I used the frozen cauliflower and instead of 10 minutes I had to put it a little more. One question, if the cauliflower is not frozen, it takes more or less minutes of cooking. Thank you very much !!!

      Hello Eva,

I'm glad you like our recipes!

About the time I will tell you that it depends a little on the amount you put and how large the cauliflower flowers are. Normally the frozen one has very small flowers and in about 10-15 minutes you have it done while with the natural one it takes about 20 - 25 minutes.

      Kisses!!
