Today I wanted to share with you one of my favorite salads: warm salad of gulas a la bilbaína. Do you remember the recipe that we published a year and a half ago in this blog of Eels to Bilbao? Well, if we put them on our favorite salad leaves, you will discover a salad speed boat tourVery nutritious, with a large difference of textures and full of flavor.

It is very interesting because we can leave the gulas already prepared and give them a hit of microwave oven just before mounting the platter. And of course, it is also fabulous to carry in the tupperware. Of course, be careful to carry the well-washed lettuce in a tupperware and in another the eels with their oil.
