Warm salad of gulas a la bilbaína (with garlic)

Today I wanted to share with you one of my favorite salads: warm salad of gulas a la bilbaína. Do you remember the recipe that we published a year and a half ago in this blog of Eels to Bilbao? Well, if we put them on our favorite salad leaves, you will discover a salad speed boat tourVery nutritious, with a large difference of textures and full of flavor.

It is very interesting because we can leave the gulas already prepared and give them a hit of microwave oven just before mounting the platter. And of course, it is also fabulous to carry in the tupperware. Of course, be careful to carry the well-washed lettuce in a tupperware and in another the eels with their oil.

Delicious warm salad of baby eels a la Bilbao, ideal as a starter. Quick, nutritious and very tasty recipe perfect to carry in the tupperware.

Ingredients

• 40 gr of extra virgin olive oil
• 3 sliced ​​garlic cloves
• 1 cayenne
• 200 g of gulas
• 1 tablespoon vinegar (optional)
• 200 gr of clean mixed lettuce

Preparation

1. We put the oil in the glass and program 5 minutes, varoma temperature, speed 1.

2. While we place the lettuce in a source or in individual portions (depending on how you want to present it) and add salt to taste.

3. Add the garlic and program 5 minutes, varoma temperature, left turn, spoon speed.

4. Add the chilli and the eels to fry, 3 minutes, varoma temperature, left turn, speed 1. In the last 15 seconds, add the vinegar through the jar.

5. We add the gulas immediately on top of the lettuce and they are ready to serve.
