Warm Zucchini, Feta, and Mint Salad

warm-salad-of-zucchini-feta-and-mint

There are very simple recipes that can get us out of a hurry like this warm zucchini, feta and mint salad

For those of you who haven't tried the feta cheese I will tell you that it is a cheese with a lot of personality. It is made with sheep's milk or with a mixture of sheep and goat. Without a doubt, its most peculiar characteristics is that it is cured in brine, which gives it a very special and easily recognizable texture and flavor. It is also widely used in traditional Greek recipes such as in the tyropite.

Today we will use it to flavor a simple warm zucchini salad that we will finish dressing with mint. Best of all is its simplicity and how simple it is to prepare. So if you are a beginner I encourage you to prepare it.

Thanks Mayra !! Today I have eaten very well with this salad, to which I have added brown rice boiled in the basket, while I have cooked the calabácin in the Varoma, and some filleted boneless black olives. Very healthy and balanced in flavors. Thank you!!
