En eastern In my house we can always enjoy stews and stews with the family, so today, I wanted to bring you a different stew (from the classic chickpea and cod) that we love at home and that is very appropriate for these dates. The origin, as always, a simple and humble stew with ingredients from the land, but very very tasty and nutritious: white bean and squid stew.

Of course, in the past it was cooked on the fire, in the fireplace and left all morning. Later they prepared it on the gas fire, but it was also a slow cooking of many hours (about 3 or even 5 hours it would be). But today, we are always in a hurry and we have little time to cook so we have adapted this dish to the thermomix and we take the opportunity to save a little time and do other activities as a family, since we only see each other a few times a year ...
