Here you see it with strawberries but the truth is that this white chocolate icing It will serve to decorate and enrich any dessert.

Examples? To white chocolate cake (I put the link in case you haven't done it yet) it looks great but it's also perfect for biscuits, puddings: ice creams. The consistency is what you see in the photo, quite liquid, and does not solidify even when stored in the refrigerator.

Another little thing ... you can keep it in a glass jar, in the fridge, and have it ready whenever you want to treat yourself.

Ingredients

• 200 g de azúcar blanquilla
• 100 g of white chocolate in pieces
• 30 g white butter
• 100 g of water

Preparation

1. We put the sugar in the glass (clean and dry). Holding the beaker we program 20 seconds, speed 9.

2. Add the chocolate into pieces and grind, holding the cup, 10 seconds, progressive speed 6-8.

3. Add the butter and water and program 6 minutes, 70º, speed 4. If at the end of the programmed time chocolate remains without melting, we program 1 minute more at the same speed and temperature.

Notes
