Hazelnut cream

Hazelnut cream

Looking around the blogosphere I discovered this Hazelnut cream, without chocolate. On the blog where I saw her its author said that it looked a lot like the filler in Kinder Bueno.

I did it without knowing what I was going to find because that chocolate bar I had not tried before. Once the cream was made I bought a Kinder Bueno to compare ... and yes it looks alike, but they are not the same. Although, the truth is that I could not tell you which one is richer ...

The cream that I made with Thermomix and that I explain to you now you can use it as the Nutella (kids will love it with bread), to fill cakes and even to flavor homemade yogurts.

By the way, I'm still with me yogurt maker doing experiments, the next day I'll tell you the last one.

    Hello Ascen,
Could you substitute powdered milk for something for cow protein intolerant? I mean, lactose-free milk wouldn't do. My baby is intolerant and I can't have any dairy.
    A greeting.

Sure Eva! You can substitute it for lactose-free powdered milk. Surely it looks good on you and that your little one loves it. You will tell us.
      A kiss!

Ascen, it's not because of the lactose, it's because of the cow's protein, that's why I say that lactose-free milk is not good for me. For example, for many of your recipes I have substituted oat milk for milk, but I don't know how to substitute it and it has to be delicious.

Sorry I didn't understand you earlier, Eva. Oat milk would be good but, according to my friend Ana tells me, you can look for hazelnut milk that will fit her even better. They usually have it in organic supermarkets and natural food stores. Kisses!

Hi Eva, excuse me for getting into the conversation, my niece is also allergic to cow's milk protein and that's why we use goat's milk, I don't know if there is actually powder, but if you can use oat milk….

Regarding the recipe, I plan to try it right away, how good it looks!

            Thank you girls !!

Of course, this thing about intolerances and allergies is a world and more and more people - or little people - suffer from them.
Hope you like it, Sofb. Thank you for your help.
            Kisses!

I have not tried goat milk because I thought it tasted too strong but I will have to try it just in case. Thank you very much sofb

Thank you very much Ascen. And of quantity, what do I add?

          5.    Ana Valdes said

Hello Eva. Of quantity, the same. There are powdered plant milks, ask in health food stores, organic supermarkets or even in herbalists. A hug!

At the bottom of the recipe it says 82 calories, obviously it has many more, nuts are hypercaloric, as well as sugar, and oil. This recipe would be fine if it had the light option, with stevia for example.

      Hello Jose,
The kilocalories that we reflect are per serving, perhaps that is why it seems a low figure.
      Thank you for your trust.
      A hug
