White potato and ham salad

Today I bring you a plate of white potato and ham salad, a recipe of those rescued to keep in mind and do it when we have many guests or when we want to prepare the food with in advance, this one is going to work very well for us.

We will semi-steam some potatoes in our thermomix, and also, we will prepare a delicious sauce to accompany it.

It is a plate low in fat and very rich in carbohydrates. And of course, it couldn't be easier to prepare.

Socorrida recipe for potato salad with white sauce and serrano ham, ideal as a side dish based on carbohydrates and low in fat.

Ingredients

  • 500 gr of potatoes with skin very clean and cut into pieces (the size of a walnut)
  • 1 liter of water
  • 1 / 2 teaspoon salt
  • 6 slices of serrano ham
  • 1 cup of parsley leaves
  • 2 chives
  • 150 gr of light cream
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon of vinegar
  • 1 garlic clove
  • shawl
  • pepper
  • 15 gr of olive oil

Preparation

  1. We add the parsley leaves and crush 6 seconds, speed 5. We withdraw and reserve.

  2. Without washing the glass we add the liter of water, the salt, place the basket and inside the chopped potatoes. We program 15 minutes, varoma temperature, speed 2, . When the time is up, we click to see if they are tender. If not, we leave them for a few more minutes.

  3. We drain with the basket and reserve. We dry the glass well and add the chives and garlic. 5 seconds, speed 5. We lower the remains that have been on the lid and walls and add the cream, mustard, vinegar, salt, pepper and olive oil. We program 10 seconds, speed 4.

  4. We put the potatoes in a bowl, add the chopped ham and add the sauce. Sprinkle with parsley and ready to serve!
