It is a green cream made with organic zucchini. That is why, because they are ecological, I put them with their skin. Also carry green beans that are still at a very good price on the market. With all this we obtain a first course loaded with properties.

I don't usually put liquid cream to the creams but, to change, this time I have added it. You can replace it with a bit of spread cheese that will also give a dairy flavor to the dish.

Easy vegetable cream made with zucchini and green beans. The liquid cream gives it a creamy texture and the bread a crunchy touch.

Ingredients

  • 80 g of onion in pieces
  • 20 g of extra virgin olive oil
  • 70 g green beans (clean)
  • 480 g of organic zucchini, with skin
  • 100 g of potato
  • 700 g of water
  • 100 g of liquid cream for cooking
  • Sal Island
  • Toast or fried bread

Preparation

  1. We put the oil and the onion in the glass. We program 5 seconds, speed 5. Next we program 3 minutes, varoma temperature, speed 2.

  2. Add the beans, zucchini and potatoes. We program 5 seconds, speed 4.

  3. We add the water and program 30 minutes, 100º, spoon speed.

  4. Once the vegetables are cooked, we reserve part of the cooking water in a glass (once the recipe is finished we can always add that water, or part of that water, little by little, until we achieve the texture that we like the most).

  5. Add the liquid cream, salt and blend 30 seconds at speed 10.

  6. We serve with pieces of toast or with fried bread.
