Zucchini cream with chickpeas

cream-zucchini-chickpeas

I keep experimenting with creams vegetables and legumes. and this has been delicious. Do you remember the carrot and chickpea cream? Well now I have done it with zucchini. And my children they have eaten it delighted. And we too, everything has to be said.

It is a good way to eat legumes (we have to include 3 or 4 servings in the weekly diet, it is supposed), it is a recipe vegetarian, easy, economic, healthy and very good.

    Hello Ana,
Delicious recipe !!!! I love all the combinations of vegetables and legumes, I'm sure I try it but I have a question:
In almost all the zucchini cream recipes they have cheeses and between the fact that I don't like them very much and the care of the line, I don't feel like making them for it.
Can I do without them? Are they put to thicken? Or just to add flavor?
Thanks in advance for solving my doubts, I am quite clumsy in the kitchen, ha ha ha !!!! Luckily you are.

    regards
    Susana

Hi Susan. The cheeses serve effectively to thicken, to give it a creamy texture, and also provide a special flavor. If you want to eliminate the cheeses, you can do it without them. And use the following truqui, use 100 ml less of broth and at the end, when the cheeses are added, add 100 ml more of milk. A more fluid cream will remain, but it is also very good and very healthy. And tell me! A kiss!

    Hello Ana!
In the recipe you put a vegetable stock tablet, could you tell me how the vegetable stock tablets are made with the thermomix, I have the meat and chicken one but I can't get the vegetable one.
Thank you very much a great admirer
    All the best

Hi Azucena! The truth is that I use, or broth made by me, or if I don't have, the commercial pill. I've never made a vegetable stock cube. But any of these days, I try and see if it comes out. A hug and thanks to you for following us!

Thanks Ana, it's a very simple recipe, but you see, it hadn't occurred to me to mix both ingredients. Today I have prepared it and I loved it. These types of recipes help me with my ovo-lacto-vegetarian diet, since it is not easy to consume legumes, as you say, at least 3 times a week without getting a little tired of the usual recipes. Great idea! Soon I will try the carrot and chickpea ... You keep sharing your recipes, thank you!

I have made the recipe and it comes out very broth. Are you sure 700ml of water? It seems to me a lot of liquid and I already tell you that it comes out broth. It will not be 700 gr? Thanks
