Zucchini meatballs

Eating a healthy and varied diet is easier than you think. To help you we have added these zucchini meatballs to our recipe book. There you can find ideas for a healthier life.

If you want to make changes to your diet, it is best to make them little by little. Enter more fruits and vegetables and reduce the consumption of processed and processed foods.

Today there is a wide variety of cereals, so don't just stick with the classics. Substitute rice and pasta for other options such as quinoa, amaranth, what's good, etc.

All of them are valid options to serve as garnish and accompany our zucchini meatballs.

By the way, these meatballs are as easy to make as the more traditional ones. They have a unique trick which is that the zucchini is well drained. Only then will you get some juicy vegetable meatballs.

In the meatballs you put… .add breadcrumbs, cheese and egg. But in the ingredients you do not mark how much egg. Or have I missed something?

Hello Mayra!! One question: Would it be necessary to lay the egg or could I substitute it for something else? It's that my husband is intolerant to eggs. Thank you very much in advance.

It has surprised me because they are very original and it is a way of eating vegetables that costs us a bit ... the sauce is very good, the meatballs too, but maybe you have to add some more breadcrumbs to make them a little tighter. Note that the recipe is for two or three people and that you have to spend a lot of time
