Ingredients

• 500 g of pastry flour
• 10 g of homemade baking powder (see recipe here)
• 1 level tablespoon (soup size) fine salt

Preparation

1. In the clean and dry glass we put all the ingredients. We put the lid and hold the goblet. We program 15 seconds, speed 8.

2. We wait a few seconds for the flour to settle and it is ready to use.
