First of all, thanks for the blog and for all the recipes. I am allergic to all fruits and some nuts like peanuts. Is there an option to substitute for blueberries and peanut butter?

      Ok… you got me!
Let me do a couple of tests and you will have your recipe without fruit and without nuts, okay?

      Regards!!

Because I could substitute peanut butter, I don't like its taste, could it be organic butter?

      Hi carmen:

You can put butter with the dried fruit that you like the most ... almonds, cashews.

If you are not convinced by this solution, you can wait for me to do some tests. I'm trying to make some bars without fruit or nuts ... let's see if there's any luck.

      Regards!

Hi! Where can you buy agave syrup? And the cocoa in pieces, what kind do you use?
    Thank you!! Greetings!!!

      Hello Cristina:

you can find agave syrup in supermarkets, as well as herbalists and organic product stores. On the other hand, cocoa is cocoa, there is only one type. You will also find it specialized stores. They come in pieces (nibs) and it is not the same as chocolate that there are many types. Cocoa has a more bitter taste but has many properties.
If you like its flavor you can also try this recipe:
