Fritters

This week I bring you another of the most representative recipes of the eastern and that we can take at any time of the year. These are the well-known light and very fluffy wind fritters that you will love every bite.

Wind fritters are a very typical dessert in the days of Lent, as are the French toast, fried milk or pestinos. It is a very simple recipe to make whose base is a choux pastry which is then fried and coated in a mixture of sugar and cinnamon. You already know that these two ingredients are essential when making Easter sweets.

There are many varieties that we can find. However, in all of them milk, wheat flour and eggs stand out as the main ingredients. Basic ingredients that we all have at home and that we can use to make these delicacies.

Once done, you decide how present them. We can sprinkle them with icing sugar, coat them in sugar and cinnamon, fill them with pastry cream, cream ...

Do you want to learn how to do them? Let's go with the recipe!
