      The truth is that at home I have a few who cannot have nuts and Christmas desserts do not make it easy for us. So we look for less typical but just as rich alternatives.

        I don't know if I'll get there in time but remove the cream without scraping the bottom too much.

        It is normal for something to stick to the bottom of the glass but it should not be burned or give a bad taste.
