Pringle garlic Manchego

Pringle garlic Manchego

I finally publish this recipe! Well, in fact, I've been thinking about publishing it for a long time, but I never found the time because it is a bit laborious to do and because I was not sure if you would like it. It is about the famous garlic springue of La Mancha. This recipe specifically is from the town of Peñascosa (Albacete) where my father was born and, for us, it is undoubtedly the best we have tried. And we owe this fantastic recipe to one of its neighbors, “La Angeleta”. Thanks for sharing!

It is a recipe that, a priori, may seem a bit "rustic" or other calories. But I guarantee you that it is delicious. For those of you who don't know it, the ajopringue is like a spiced pork pate. It is incredible spread on slices of bread. In addition, with the thermomix a very good texture is achieved.

I also take the opportunity to dedicate this recipe to Estela, also a neighbor of Peñascosa, and a faithful follower of our blog;). I hope to be at height!

By the way, if you like La Mancha food, don't miss another classic: lean with tomatoes.

Hello!!! I love your recipes !! I would like you to make a link of La Mancha recipes. My husband is from Albacete but we have lived in Tenerife for many years and I would like to prepare little things from there adapted to the thermomix. I have already pointed out the ajopringue and the lean one… I don't know if you have anything else !!!! A kiss and thank you very much!

Hi Irene, I have tried to save as a PDF file, as I usually do with your great recipes, but in this case it gives me an error. Please fix this little problem, because the recipe seems great to me and I would like to add it to my recipe book. Thanks and greetings from La Rioja
