Serrano ham flowers with kiwi and cheese sauce

The other day we were eating out and they served us this salad that blew us away. It takes no time to make and is original, as well as rich.

Until now I only mixed ham with melon but I have to admit that the Kiwi adds a delicious sweet touch. I will no longer just use them to do Smoothies o pastryI'm also going to mix them with salty ingredients to provide a contrasting flavor.

It is so easy to do that it is ideal for Beginners. You just have to peel the kiwis, cut them and prepare the sauce in the Thermomix. The best of all is that in less than 10 minutes we have a first course solved.

These delicious flowers of Serrano ham go perfectly with the sweet taste of kiwi. The cheese sauce is made quickly thanks to Thermomix.

Ingredients

• 2 Kiwis
• 6 slices of serrano ham

For the cheese sauce:

• 50 g of goat cheese
• 20 g of liquid cream
• 20g milk
• 1 tablespoon of sherry vinegar
• 20 g olive oil
• Salt and pepper

Preparation

1. Put all the sauce ingredients in the glass, reserving a few pieces of goat cheese to decorate. Season and beat during 30 seconds at speed 3.

2. Peel and slice the kiwis and place them on 2 plates or a platter. Distribute the slices of Serrano ham folded and rolled up as if they were flowers. Crumble and spread the reserved pieces of cheese on top.

3. At the last minute, distribute the cheese sauce with a spoon and serve the rest in a sauce boat.
