Anchovy butter spirals
Delicious express appetizer of sliced bread spirals stuffed with anchovy, garlic and parsley butters.

Ingredients
- 1 garlic clove
- 15 gr of fresh parsley (only the leaves)
- 1 small can of anchovies in oil (30-50gr)
- 100 gr of butter at room temperature
- 8 - 10 slices rimless / crustless bread
Preparation
We put the garlic and parsley in the glass and program 6 seconds, speed 7. With the spatula, we lower the vegetable remains from the lid and the inside of the glass towards the blades. Add the anchovies and butter and program 5 seconds, speed 7.
With a rolling pin we flatten the bread slices one by one.
Spread each slice with a layer of prepared butter and roll the slice loosely. We wrap the formed roll with transparent film, without squeezing it, and closing the edges well as if they were candy wrappers. We keep them in the fridge for about 30 minutes.
