Today I am alone to eat, so I have taken advantage and I have prepared myself first course some artichokes stewed with lemon.

      Hello Maribel,

      Yes, it can be made with canned artichokes but you will have to reduce cooking to 15 minutes since they are usually softer than natural artichokes. Check for doneness before serving.

    What if the artichokes are bagged frozen? Is it the same cooking time and the same amount of broth? Thank you very much they look great

    Hello Mayra! I would like to make this recipe taking advantage of the fact that I have fresh artichokes but adding some ham cubes. Do you know when I should add them to the glass? Along with garlic and parsley, along with artichokes….? Thanks!

      I would put them with the garlic and parsley. I would extend the time about 3 minutes, so that they are golden brown.

    And if the recipe is for two people, I double the amount of artichokes and something else? Time, other ingredients….? Thanks

      Hello Ana:
      For 2 people I would put:
      4 artichokes
      75 g onion
      15 g olive oil
      1 garlic clove
      1 tablespoon of chopped parsley
      1 lemon
      250 g of vegetable broth
      Salt and pepper

      The rest I would do the same but at point 4 I would leave it between 20 and 25 minutes.
