In this recipe I show you, from scratch, how to prepare this Garrison. It is very simple and if you use flannels like the ones in the photo, you can fit up to 6 units. They are the typical aluminum ones that are bought in supermarkets.

Ingredients
- 30 g of white rice for each flanera
- 50 g of water for each flanera

Preparation
We fill the glass with water up to the first mark, the 1/2 liter mark. We heat it for 5 minutes, varoma temperature, speed 1, with the beaker on so that the steam does not "escape".
Meanwhile, we put the flaneras or bowls in the varoma.
We put 30 grams of white rice in flanera.
We add 50 g of water and a little salt to each one.
We pour a few drops of olive oil.
We stir well but carefully.
We cover the varoma making sure that the cover is not open.
When the water in the glass is already hot, we remove the beaker, put the varoma in its position and program 15 minutes, Varoma temperature, speed 2.
Once the time is up, we open the varoma to the opposite side to us, thus avoiding burns.
We remove the flaneras and we have our white rice garnish ready.
