Do you remember the prince biscuit cake? Well, I came up with the idea of ​​continuing to innovate with cakes and now prepare them with cereals. I saw a box of All Bran Choco in my pantry and wondered how it would look with them. Well, the result is surprising, delicious !!

We have a juicy cake, full of fiber, with a chocolate flavor, nothing heavy and ideal to take with a good glass of milk. Are you up for it?

Delicious cake made from All Bran Choco® cereals, perfect for making a fiber-filled breakfast or snack.

Ingredients

  • 250 g of All Bran Choco® cereals
  • 3 large eggs (L)
  • 120 gr. sugar
  • 400 gr. whole milk
  • 100 gr. sunflower oil
  • 1 envelope of Royal yeast
  • Butter, margarine or olive oil to spread the pan

Preparation

  1. We preheat the oven to 180º.

  2. We put the cereals in the glass of and program 20 seconds, progressive speed 5-7-10. We lower the remains that have remained on the walls and the lid.

  3. Add the eggs, sugar, milk, oil and the yeast envelope. We program 20 seconds, at speed 7.

  4. Butter a mold (I used a 22 cm round mold), add the mixture and let it rest for 10 minutes.

  5. We put in the oven some 30 minutes at 180º. We click the center to see if it is already done.

  6. We let it cool down a bit before unmolding.

      Yes, you can use semi milk. Even vegetable milk.

    Could you use the sugary corn flakes cereals from the Mercadona, such as corn flakes? And you could put less sugar, then, right?

          Well, of the 120 g that the recipe says, I would leave it at 30-50g (depending on how sweet you are at home), I think it will be enough. Let me know how it goes!! And it's good (I'm sure it is), you tell me and we prepare it from thermorecetas one day 🙂
